6. Assemble: See key below. Holes should line up. It is easiest when tab C is at the top. Fold up (remember to flip sheet over in step 5) tabs A, B, M, and Q. Fold up tabs E, I, and J. Fold down tabs C and D, so that D and E are together with A and B between; and C is against F. Fold down tabs G and H so that H and I are together and G is against F. Fold down tabs K and L so that K and J are together and L is against F. Fold up tab N and down tab O so that N and O are together with M and Q between. Push down on tab P so that it is against F with tabs C, G, and L in between.7. Insert Pi: The case is snug put should flex quite a bit. First insert the USB port into its hole, pushing it through as far as it will go. Then, push down on the Pi focusing on the alignment of the headphone and video out connectors. These should "pop" through their holes.
1. Print on heavy 32lb 8 1/2" x 11" paper2. Cut out the pattern. All outside lines should be cut, all inside lines are for folding.3. Cut out holes (shaded areas) with sharp knife.4. Fold on all lines. All folds should be "down" into paper, except those marked by this symbol which should fold "up".5. Lay flat again and flip sheet over to prepare for assembly.
